- Preparation & Implementation of Development Plans: Long-term master development plans and layout designs for urban expansion.
- Town Planning (TP) Schemes: Planning and execution of TP schemes in newly developing areas.
- Building Plan Permissions: Scrutiny and approval of residential, commercial, and industrial construction plans as per GDCR.
- Zoning & Land Use Management: Allocation of land for housing, public utilities, green zones, and commercial use.
- Regularization & Encroachment Control: Resolving unauthorized construction issues and ensuring proper utilization of urban land.
- Public Amenities & Infrastructure Planning: Coordinating roads, drainage, open spaces, parks, and other essential urban services.
- GIS Mapping: Integration of Geographic Information Systems for smarter planning and decision-making.
